Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and you're pro-rated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. No penalties, no contracts, no questions asked.
What counts as an "agent run"?

Each task submitted to the agent API counts as 1 run. Streaming responses also count as 1 run regardless of how many tokens are streamed. Health checks, usage queries, and read-only API calls are always free and never count toward your limit.
Do unused runs roll over?

Unused runs do not roll over to the next month. However, we never cut you off mid-month — if you hit your limit during a billing period, your account stays active and we'll notify you so you can upgrade if needed.
How do TC credits work with pricing?

TC are APxAI's in-app reward credits — earn them on every action and apply them to your bill at 1,000 TC = $1. Your earn rate scales with your plan: Free 1× base, Pro 2× multiplier, Enterprise 3× multiplier. TC are off-chain loyalty points with no cash value — they can't be withdrawn or traded, and they are not the on-chain TRIPPY token. What payment methods do you accept?

While we're in open beta there's nothing to pay — every plan is free. When paid plans launch, checkout runs on Stripe and accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Enterprise customers can also use ACH, wire transfer, or invoiced net-30 terms. TC reward credits can be applied as an in-app billing credit (1,000 TC = $1), never as a cash payment.
Is Enterprise pricing per seat?

Yes. Enterprise is priced per seat / month with volume discounts that kick in at 10, 25, and 50+ seats. Annual billing adds a further 15% discount. Contact sales@apxai.co for a custom quote based on your team size and usage.
What is the TC earn rate per plan?

TC earn rates scale with your plan: Free earns at the 1× base rate, Pro earns at a 2× multiplier (double the base rate on every action), and Enterprise earns at 3× multiplier plus an enterprise-only bonus pool each month. Accumulated TC can be applied as a billing credit (1,000 TC = $1) on any plan. TC are off-chain reward points with no cash value, and are separate from the on-chain TRIPPY token.
